I just received the bill for the cleaning that your crew did for us on Alaska Road in Nashville, IL. I want to let you know how much we appreciated your employees. They were very kind and did a great job. I admire their ability to handle tragic events and show so much compassion.

We had a small grease fire in one of our homes in our manufactured housing community. SERVPRO did a great job of removing the smoke and smell so that our tenant could return back to a safe and clean home.

I am so glad the fire department called you to come and clean up the smoke. I didn't know who to call or what to do. I appreciate you helping me with all those hard decisions. 

They cleaned all the soot off the walls, took the rug and carpet away, and helped me get rid of some other stuff that could not be salvaged. The two guys and two girls were supper and I would absolutely recommend them to anyone.

After my house fire, I wanted my contents to be returned back to me on my schedule. Mike with SERVPRO was able to work with me and change his schedule just for me. Everything was clean. Thank you.
