I was very impressed with the SERVPRO people. 

All I can say is wow. What an excellent experience during a stressful time. This is my first time having any kind of water in my basement and of course it happens during a bad rain storm. Within one hour SERVPRO was on site even though they were "flooded" with many other calls and began going to work. They were very empathetic and understanding. Very happy with the end result.

It makes us look good when you guys respond to our clients so quickly. It bodes well for the reputation of our office.
